Stat. tit. 11, § 11-51-113","heading":"Penalties","body":"It shall be unlawful for any collective bargaining\n\nrepresentative or member of a paid fire department or police\n\ndepartment to strike or engage in any work stoppage; and it shall\n\nfurther be unlawful for any official, executive, administrator,\n\nmanager, or member of a governing body exercising the authority to\n\nfix and determine the salaries, hours of work, and employment\n\nconditions of any paid fire or police department of a municipality\n\nin this state to fail to bargain in good faith in accordance with\n\nthe provisions of this article.
