Stat. tit. 11, § 11-52-104","heading":"Powers and duties","body":"In addition to other powers and duties conferred upon it by law,\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education shall:\n\n1. Employ such personnel, incur such expenses, make contracts\n\nand purchase such personal property as may be necessary for the\n\npurposes of conducting training programs, including but not limited\n\nto itinerant training programs and special on-the-job training\n\nprograms;\n\n2. Accept such grants, appropriation or other monies or\n\nservices as may be available for training, research, development or\n\ndemonstration purposes in training aimed to increase the efficiency\n\nof clerks, treasurers and finance officers and of persons under\n\ntheir direction; and\n\n3.
