Stat. tit. 11, § 11-52-105","heading":"Annual certificate - Renewals - Fee","body":"Upon payment of the fee prescribed by the division, an annual\n\ncertificate shall be issued to any person, not less than eighteen\n\n(18) years of age and of good moral character, who has successfully\n\ncompleted the training provided for each year. Said certificate\n\nshall expire on June 30 next following its issuance and may be\n\nrenewed from year to year upon completion of the yearly training\n\nprogram and payment of the fee. The division may refuse to renew\n\nsuch certificate upon failure of an applicant during the year to\n\ncomplete the training program offered or approved by it unless\n\nwaived by action of the division.
