As used in this section:\n\n1. \"Amateur radio\" means the use of amateur radio and amateur\n\nsatellite radio frequencies and services by qualified and federally\n\nauthorized persons of any age who are interested in radio technique\n\nwithout pecuniary interest;\n\n2. \"Antenna\" means an array of wires, tubing, or the like used\n\nfor the transmission and reception of radio waves; and\n\n3. \"Antenna support structure\" means a structure or framework\n\nthat is designed to elevate an antenna above the ground for the\n\npurpose of increasing the effective communications range and\n\nreliability of an amateur radio station. Amateur radio antenna\n\nsupport structures are removable by design and therefore are a\n\nremovable structure for assessment purposes.\n\nB. A municipal ordinance regulating amateur radio antenna or\n\namateur radio antenna support structures shall:\n\n1. Comply with the requirements of 47 C.F.R., Section 97.15(b),\n\nas amended from time to time;\n\n2. Allow for the erection of an amateur radio antenna or an\n\namateur radio antenna support structure at a height and dimension\n\nsufficient to reasonably accommodate amateur radio service\n\ncommunications, and shall only constitute the minimum practicable\n\nregulation necessary to accomplish the intent of this section; and\n\n3.
