Stat. tit. 11, § 11-56-107","heading":"Organization statements and contribution and","body":"expenditure reports - Public records.\n\nStatements of organization and reports of contributions and\n\nexpenditures required to be filed with the Ethics Commission under\n\nthe Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act shall be\n\npublic records. The Ethics Commission shall maintain statements of\n\norganization and reports of contributions and expenditures for four\n\n(4) years after the date on which they are filed, at which time the\n\ndocuments may be destroyed or retained subject to the discretion of\n\nthe Ethics Commission.
