Stat. tit. 11, § 11-56-109","heading":"Financial interest statements - Public records","body":"Statements of financial interests required to be filed with the\n\nEthics Commission under the Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial\n\nDisclosure Act shall be public records. The Ethics Commission shall\n\nmaintain statements of financial interests for four (4) years after\n\nthe date on which they are filed, at which time the documents may be\n\ndestroyed or retained subject to the discretion of the Ethics\n\nCommission.
