Stat. tit. 11, § 11-56-110","heading":"Enforcement","body":"The Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act\n\nshall be enforced by the Ethics Commission in the same manner as\n\nRules of the Ethics Commission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of\n\nArticle XXIX of the Oklahoma Constitution are enforced including,\n\nbut not limited to, acceptance of complaints, civil prosecutions,\n\nsettlement agreements, and any other compliance practices or\n\nrequirements. Complaints shall be made according to the Rules of\n\nthe Ethics Commission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of Article\n\nXXIX of the Oklahoma Constitution. Upon receipt of complaints of\n\nlate filing, the Ethics Commission shall investigate whether the\n\nallegation or allegations are true and, if so, shall assess a late\n\nfiling penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per day, not to\n\nexceed a maximum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the filing\n\nof any statement or report. If the Ethics Commission determines the\n\nallegation or allegations are not true, it shall take no further\n\naction.
