Stat. tit. 11, § 11-7-106","heading":"Involuntary dissolution - Notice of hearing","body":"Upon the filing of a petition for the involuntary dissolution of\n\na municipality, the district court shall fix a date for a hearing on\n\nthe request. The date of the hearing shall be not less than thirty\n\n(30) days after the date of filing. The district attorney for the\n\ncounty in which the situs of the municipal government is located\n\nshall give at least twenty (20) days' notice of the hearing by\n\npublication in a newspaper of general circulation in the\n\nmunicipality, and by posting copies of the notice in five (5) of the\n\nmost public places in the municipality.
