Stat. tit. 11, § 11-7-107","heading":"Involuntary dissolution - Hearing and order","body":"Any person owning property in or registered to vote in the\n\nmunicipality may appear at the hearing and give testimony for or\n\nagainst dissolution of the municipality. If the court finds that\n\nthe government of the municipality has ceased to function because of\n\nthe reasons listed in Section 7-105 of this title, it shall enter an\n\norder for dissolution of the municipality. The order of the court\n\nshall state when the dissolution shall take effect and appoint a\n\nreceiver, if necessary, to wind up the affairs of the municipality\n\nand dispose of its property.
