Stat. tit. 11, § 11-8-105","heading":"Certain officers to give bond","body":"The municipal governing body shall require the municipal\n\ntreasurer, any officer or employee designated by ordinance to sign\n\nmunicipal warrants or municipal checks, and any other officers and\n\nemployees as the governing body may designate by ordinance, to give\n\nbond for the faithful performance of his duties within ten (10) days\n\nafter his election or appointment, in such amount and form as the\n\ngoverning body shall prescribe.
