Stat. tit. 11, § 11-9-101","heading":"Statutory aldermanic form of government","body":"The form of government provided by Sections 9-101 through 9-118\n\nof this title shall be known as the statutory aldermanic form of\n\ncity government. Cities governed under the statutory aldermanic\n\nform shall have all the powers, functions, rights, privileges,\n\nfranchises and immunities granted, or which may be granted, to\n\ncities.
