Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1036","heading":"Suspending proceedings - Bond","body":"The party seeking to vacate or modify a judgment or order, may\n\nobtain an order suspending proceedings on the whole or part thereof;\n\nwhich order may be granted by the court, or any judge thereof, upon\n\nits being rendered probable, by affidavit, or by exhibition of the\n\nrecord, that the party is entitled to have such judgment or order\n\nvacated or modified.
