Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1148.1","heading":"Jurisdiction - Forcible entry and detention - Joinder","body":"of actions - Judgments no bar.\n\nThe district court shall have jurisdiction to try all actions\n\nfor the forcible entry and detention, or detention only, of real\n\nproperty, and claims for the collection of rent or damages to the\n\npremises, or claims arising under the Oklahoma Residential Landlord\n\nand Tenant Act, may be included in the same action, but other claims\n\nmay not be included in the same action.
