A tenant shall be allowed to cure a default in a forcible\n\nentry and detainer action in the following instance:\n\nThe default of the tenant was due to unpaid rent which was\n\nunpaid due to the good faith claim of a tenant that the landlord\n\nfailed to provide the minimum services required by subsection C of\n\nSection 121 of Title 41 of the Oklahoma Statutes; provided that\n\nwritten notice of said claim or actual notice to the landlord's\n\nagent for collecting rent is provided within ten (10) days of the\n\ndate that rent became due.\n\nB.
