Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1148.16","heading":"Summons for eviction","body":"The summons to be issued in an action for forcible entry and\n\ndetainer, commonly known as an eviction, shall be in a form\n\ndeveloped in plain and understandable language by the Oklahoma Bar\n\nAssociation. The Administrative Office of the Courts shall provide\n\npublic access to the affidavit by providing a link to the form on\n\nthe Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) website. The summons shall\n\nbe delivered no less than three (3) days before the scheduled time\n\nand date of the court hearing.
