Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1148.3","heading":"Extent of jurisdiction","body":"Proceedings under this act may be had in all cases against\n\ntenants holding over their terms and, incident thereto, to determine\n\nwhether or not tenants are holding over their terms; in sales or\n\nreal estate on executions, orders or other judicial process, when\n\nthe judgment debtor was in possession at the time of the rendition\n\nof the judgment or decree, by virtue of which such sale was made; in\n\nsales by executors, administrators, guardians and on partition,\n\nwhere any of the parties to the partition were in possession at the\n\ncommencement of the suit, after such sales, so made, on execution or\n\notherwise, shall have been examined by the proper court, and the\n\nsame by said court, adjudged valid; and in cases where the defendant\n\nis a settler or occupier of lands and tenements without color of\n\ntitle, and to which the complainant has the right of possession.\n\nThis section is not to be construed as limiting the provisions of\n\nthe preceding section.","path":["OK Code","Title 12"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d74f20ff536d792e62d07053665282b3810715decf5872ca00c5681868d8f9a3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1148.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1148.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
