Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1148.4","heading":"Issuance and return of summons - Content - Amending","body":"pleading to conform to evidence.\n\nThe summons shall be issued and returned as in other cases,\n\nexcept that it shall command the sheriff, or other person serving\n\nit, to summon the defendant to appear for trial at the time and\n\nplace specified therein, which time shall be not less than five (5)\n\ndays nor more than ten (10) days from the date that the summons is\n\nissued.
