Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1153","heading":"Attachment bonds","body":"The order of attachment shall not be issued until an undertaking\n\non the part of the plaintiff has been executed by one or more\n\nsufficient sureties, approved by the clerk and filed in his office,\n\nin a sum not less than double the amount of the plaintiff's claim,\n\nto the effect that the plaintiff shall pay to the defendant all\n\ndamages that he may sustain by reason of the attachment, including\n\nreasonable attorney's fees, if the order be wrongfully obtained; but\n\nno undertaking shall be required where the State of Oklahoma is the\n\nparty plaintiff.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 4814.
