Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1230","heading":"Bond to discharge attachment","body":"If the defendant, or other person on his behalf, at any time\n\nbefore judgment, cause an undertaking to be executed to the\n\nplaintiff, by one or more sureties, resident in the county, to be\n\napproved by the court, in double the amount of the plaintiff's claim\n\nas stated in his affidavit, to the effect that the defendant shall\n\nperform the judgment of the court, the attachment in such action\n\nshall be discharged, and restitution made of any property taken\n\nunder it or the proceeds thereof.
