Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1241","heading":"Motion to discharge attachment","body":"The defendant may, at any time before judgment upon reasonable\n\nnotice to the plaintiff, move to discharge an attachment, as to the\n\nwhole or part of the property attached. A motion to discharge an\n\nattachment shall be heard promptly, and in any case within five (5)\n\ndays after the date that it was filed. Where the defendant did not\n\nreceive actual notice of the hearing, the court must grant his\n\nmotion unless, at the hearing on defendant's motion, the plaintiff\n\nproves the probable merit of his cause and the truth of the\n\naverments in his application.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 4862.
