Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1243","heading":"Action and attachment against fraudulent debtor","body":"Where a debtor has sold, conveyed or otherwise disposed of his\n\nproperty with the fraudulent intention of cheating or defrauding his\n\ncreditors, or to hinder or delay them in the collection of their\n\ndebts, or is about to make such sale or conveyance or disposition of\n\nhis property with such fraudulent intent, or is about to remove his\n\nproperty or a material part thereof, with intent or to the effect of\n\ncheating or defrauding his creditors or of hindering or delaying\n\nthem in the collection of their debts, a creditor may bring an\n\naction upon his claim before it is due, and have an attachment\n\nagainst the property of the debtor as in other cases; but before\n\nsuch attachment shall be issued or such action maintained, the\n\nplaintiff or his agent or attorney shall make oath in writing\n\nsetting forth the grounds of such attachment as in other cases, and\n\nalso showing the nature of plaintiff's claim that it is just, when\n\nthe same will become due, and the existence of some one or more of\n\nthe grounds for an attachment enumerated in this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 12"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"93ea97533cc432abc454e829c95cbfa0b54161afb70222a057ccb59cfb48d6c8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1242","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1244"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
