Stat. tit. 12, § 12-132","heading":"Realty located in two or more counties - Specific","body":"performance.\n\nIf real property, the subject of an action, be an entire tract,\n\nand situated in two or more counties, or if it consists of separate\n\ntracts, situated in two or more counties, the action may be brought\n\nin any county in which any tract, or part thereof, is situated,\n\nunless it be an action to recover possession thereof, and if the\n\nproperty be an entire tract situated in two or more counties, an\n\naction to recover possession thereof may be brought in either of\n\nsuch counties; but if it consists of separate tracts, in different\n\ncounties, the possession of such tracts must be recovered by\n\nseparate actions brought in the counties where such tracts are\n\nsituated.
