Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1339","heading":"Return - Signature and verification - Contents -","body":"Production of party.\n\nThe return must be signed and verified by the person making it,\n\nwho shall state:\n\nFirst. The authority or cause of restraint of the party in his\n\ncustody.\n\nSecond. If the authority be in writing, he shall return a copy\n\nand produce the original on the hearing.\n\nThird.
