Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1353","heading":"Issue, service and amendment of process","body":"All writs and other process, authorized by the provisions of\n\nthis article, shall be issued by the clerk of the court, and except\n\nsummons, sealed with the seal of such court, and shall be served and\n\nreturned forthwith, unless the court or judge shall specify a\n\nparticular time for any such return.
