Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1382","heading":"Cause for injunction - Temporary injunction","body":"When it appears, by the petition, that the plaintiff is entitled\n\nto the relief demanded, and such relief, or any part thereof,\n\nconsists in restraining the commission or continuance of some act,\n\nthe commission or continuance of which, during the litigation, would\n\nproduce injury to the plaintiff; or when, during the litigation, it\n\nappears that the defendant is doing, or threatens, or is about to do\n\nor is procuring or suffering to be done, some act in violation of\n\nthe plaintiff's rights respecting the subject of the action, and\n\ntending to render the judgment ineffectual, a temporary injunction\n\nmay be granted to restrain such act. And when, during the pendency\n\nof an action, it shall appear, by affidavit, that the defendant\n\nthreatens or is about to remove or dispose of his property with\n\nintent to defraud his creditors, or to render the judgment\n\nineffectual, a temporary injunction may be granted to restrain such\n\nremoval or disposition.
