Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1386","heading":"Order and service of injunction","body":"The order of injunction shall be addressed to the party\n\nenjoined, shall state the injunction, and shall be issued by the\n\nclerk. Where the injunction is allowed at the commencement of the\n\naction, the clerk shall endorse upon the summons \"Injunction\n\nallowed,\" and it shall not be necessary to issue the order of\n\ninjunction, nor shall it be necessary to issue the same where notice\n\nof application therefor has been given to the party enjoined.
