Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1390","heading":"Enforcement - Disobedience punishable as contempt -","body":"Penalties - Jury trial.\n\nAn injunction granted by a judge may be enforced as the act of\n\nthe court. Disobedience of any injunction may be punished as a\n\ncontempt, by the court or any judge who might have granted it in\n\nvacation. An attachment may be issued by the court or judge, upon\n\nbeing satisfied, by affidavit, of the breach of the injunction,\n\nagainst the party guilty of the same, who may be required to make\n\nimmediate restitution to the party injured, and give further\n\nsecurity to obey the injunction; or, in default thereof, he may be\n\ncommitted to close custody, until he shall fully comply with such\n\nrequirements, or be otherwise legally discharged, or be punished by\n\nfine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each day of\n\ncontempt, to be paid into the court fund, or by confinement in the\n\ncounty jail for not longer than six (6) months, or by both such fine\n\nand imprisonment.
