Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1394","heading":"Application to vacate or modify injunction - Return and","body":"record of orders of judge.\n\nIf the injunction be granted without notice, the defendant, at\n\nany time before the trial, may apply, upon notice, to the court in\n\nwhich the action is brought, or any judge thereof, to vacate or\n\nmodify the same. The application may be made upon the petition and\n\naffidavits upon which the injunction is granted, or upon affidavits\n\non the part of the party enjoined, with or without answer.
