If the court orders dismissal of a legal action under the\n\nOklahoma Citizens Participation Act, the court shall award to the\n\nmoving party:\n\n1. Court costs, reasonable attorney fees and other expenses\n\nincurred in defending against the legal action as justice and equity\n\nmay require; and\n\n2. Sanctions against the party who brought the legal action as\n\nthe court determines sufficient to deter the party who brought the\n\nlegal action from bringing similar actions described in the Oklahoma\n\nCitizens Participation Act.\n\nB.
