Charges any person with crime, or with having been indicted,\n\nconvicted or punished for crime.\n\n2. Imputes in him the present existence of an infectious,\n\ncontagious or loathsome disease.\n\n3. Tends directly to injure him in respect to his office,\n\nprofession, trade or business, either by imputing to him general\n\ndisqualification in those respects which the office or other\n\noccupation peculiarly requires, or by imputing something with\n\nreference to his office, profession, trade or business that has a\n\nnatural tendency to lessen its profit.\n\n4. Imputes to him impotence or want of chastity; or,\n\n5.
