Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1447.5","heading":"Broadcast of truth statement following broadcast of","body":"untrue statement.\n\nIf any broadcasting station, at any time, broadcasts, publishes,\n\nor circulates any false statement, allegation or rumor pertaining or\n\nrelating to any individual or association of individuals, or to any\n\ntrade, labor business, social, economic or religious organization or\n\nto any firm, corporation or business or to any public official or\n\ncandidate for a public office, the said broadcasting station upon\n\ndemand of any person or persons affected or their representatives,\n\nshall broadcast, without charge, any statement setting forth in\n\nproper language the truth pertaining to such statement, allegation,\n\nor rumor, which said person or persons or their representatives\n\nshall offer to said broadcasting station for broadcast. Provided,\n\nthat the truth statement shall be broadcast as many times as the\n\nuntrue statement was broadcast.
