Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1559","heading":"Vacation of appointment by Supreme Court","body":"In all cases in the Supreme Court in which a receiver has been\n\nappointed, or refused, by any Justice of the Supreme Court, the\n\nparty aggrieved may, within ten (10) days thereafter have the right\n\nto file a motion to vacate the order refusing or appointing such\n\nreceiver, and hearing on such motion may be had before the Supreme\n\nCourt, if the same be in session, or before a quorum of the justices\n\nof said court in vacation, at such time and place as the said court\n\nor the justices thereof may determine, and pending the final\n\ndetermination of the cause, if the order was one of the appointment\n\nof a receiver, the moving party shall have the right to give bond\n\nwith good and sufficient sureties, and in such amount as may be\n\nfixed by order of the court or a justice thereof, conditioned for\n\nthe due prosecution of such cause and the payment of all costs and\n\ndamages that may accrue to the state, or any officer, or person by\n\nreason thereof, and the authority of any such receiver shall be\n\nsuspended pending a final determination of such cause, and if such\n\nreceiver shall have taken possession of any property in controversy\n\nin said action, the same shall be surrendered to the rightful owner\n\nthereof, upon the filing and approval of said bond.","path":["OK Code","Title 12"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"48985bb9c2968fa0134c9784c7f275085f4335585662d648712f60cfcf7b2f83","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1557","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1560"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
