Stat. tit. 12, § 12-171.1","heading":"Effect of affidavit of service","body":"No judgment rendered more than ten (10) years prior hereto\n\nagainst unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees\n\nor assigns of any deceased person or, in the alternative, against a\n\nperson or his unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees and\n\nassigns, shall ever be construed or held to be either void or\n\nvoidable on the ground of the alleged insufficiency of said\n\naffidavit, provided the requirements of 12 O.S. 1961, § 171, are met\n\nin such affidavit, either directly or by inference. All such\n\njudgments, if not otherwise defective, are hereby declared valid and\n\nlegally effective and conclusive as of the date thereof.
