Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1760","heading":"Attachment or garnishment - Depositions - Interrogatories","body":"- New parties - Intervention.\n\nNo attachment or prejudgment garnishment shall issue in any suit\n\nunder the small claims procedure. Proceedings to enforce or collect\n\na judgment rendered by the trial court in a suit under the small\n\nclaims procedure shall be in all respects as in other cases;\n\nprovided, however, judgments, other than default judgments, for the\n\npayment of money may be enforced or collected as prescribed in\n\nSection 4 of this act. No depositions shall be taken or\n\ninterrogatories or other discovery proceeding shall be used under\n\nthe small claims procedure except in aid of execution.
