Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1772","heading":"Judgments for payment of money - Processing and","body":"collection.\n\nJudgments for the payment of money shall be processed and\n\ncollected as follows:\n\n1. Incident to the entering of the judgment and while the\n\nparties are still under oath:\n\na. the court may arrange a judgment satisfaction plan and\n\nenter a writ of execution, and\n\nb. the court may secure a listing and description of the\n\njudgment debtor's assets from the judgment debtor in\n\ncase subsequent attachment of property becomes\n\nnecessary to collect an unsatisfied judgment. Forms\n\nfor an application and order to appear and answer as\n\nto assets and interrogatories to be answered by the\n\ndebtor shall be supplied by the court clerk on forms\n\npromulgated by the Oklahoma Bar Association.\n\n2. If the judgment debtor fails to satisfy the judgment in\n\naccordance with the judgment satisfaction plan, the judgment\n\ncreditor shall attempt to contact the judgment debtor and collect\n\nthe same.\n\n3. If the judgment debtor still fails to satisfy the judgment,\n\nthe judgment creditor may:\n\na. require the debtor to appear and answer\n\ninterrogatories regarding assets, or\n\nb. request the issuance of a writ of execution or a\n\ngarnishment summons on forms provided by the court\n\nclerk.\n\n4.
