The expedited actions process provided for in this act shall\n\napply to a suit in which all claimants, other than counter-\n\nclaimants, affirmatively plead that they seek only monetary relief\n\naggregating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) or\n\nless, excluding interest, statutory or punitive damages and\n\npenalties, and attorney fees and costs.\n\nB.
