Unless the parties have agreed not to engage in alternative\n\ndispute resolution, the court may refer the case to an alternative\n\ndispute resolution procedure once. Such procedure shall:\n\n1. Not exceed a half-day in duration, excluding scheduling\n\ntime;\n\n2. Not exceed a total cost of twice the amount of applicable\n\ncivil filing fees; and\n\n3. Be completed no later than sixty (60) days before the\n\ninitial trial setting.\n\nB. The court shall consider objections to referral to\n\nalternative dispute resolution unless prohibited by statute.\n\nC.
