Prior to commencement of any dispute resolution proceedings,\n\nthe disputing parties shall enter into a written consent which\n\nspecifies the method by which the parties shall attempt to resolve\n\nthe issues in dispute.\n\nB. The written consent shall be in a form prescribed by the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts and shall include the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. The rights and obligations of all parties pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Dispute Resolution Act; and\n\n2. The confidentiality of the proceedings.\n\nC.
