Monies in the Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund shall\n\nbe allocated by the Director to eligible centers for dispute\n\nresolution programs authorized pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nact.\n\nB. 1. The Director shall determine the eligibility of a center\n\nfor funding on the basis of an application submitted by the center.\n\n2. The application for funding shall state:\n\na. a description of the proposed community area of\n\nservice;\n\nb. the cost of the principal components of operation;\n\nc. a description of available dispute resolution services\n\nand facilities within the defined geographic area;\n\nd. a description of the applicant's proposed program, by\n\ncategory and purpose, including evidence of community\n\nsupport, the present availability of resources, and\n\nthe applicant's administrative capacity;\n\ne. a description of the efforts of cooperation between\n\nthe applicant and the local human service and criminal\n\njustice agencies in dealing with program operations;\n\nand\n\nf. such additional information as may be required by the\n\nDirector.\n\nC. The provisions of this section shall not be construed to\n\nprohibit dispute resolution centers in existence prior to the\n\neffective date of this act from submitting an application for\n\nfunding as provided for in subsection B of this section.\n\nD. A center shall not be eligible for funds for dispute\n\nresolution programs unless it complies with the provisions of the\n\nDispute Resolution Act, the provisions of this act, and the rules\n\nand regulations promulgated by the Director.\n\nE. Each center funded pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection, annually, shall provide the Director with a written report\n\ncontaining statistical data regarding operational expenses, the\n\nnumber of referrals, the category or types of cases referred, the\n\nnumber of parties serviced, the number of disputes resolved, the\n\nnature of resolution, amount and types of awards, the rate of\n\ncompliance, and such other data as may be required by the Director.","path":["OK Code","Title 12"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"48ad6e2bf3781a1fc1423a975deb89b5810c210ba7bd1fd3be2e47fc59558875","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-181","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12-12-1811"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
