Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1832","heading":"Mediation as an alternative dispute resolution process or","body":"on an ad hoc basis.\n\nAny county, municipality, accredited law school, school\n\ndistrict, board, commission, department, or agency of this state or\n\nits political subdivisions is hereby authorized to establish\n\nprograms for the purpose of providing mediation as an alternative\n\ndispute resolution process or for referring disputes to mediation on\n\nan ad hoc basis.
