Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1836","heading":"Procedures – Confidentiality and impartiality","body":"Any program for mediation under the Choice in Mediation Act\n\nshall adopt appropriate procedures for the conduct of mediation\n\nunder the program, to ensure confidentiality of proceedings and\n\nimpartiality of the mediator and to encourage participation in good\n\nfaith by the disputing parties.
