Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1838","heading":"Program certification – Intent of provision","body":"Any entity, including the Administrative Office of the Courts,\n\n“certifying” mediators for its program shall make clear in all\n\ncommunications regarding the “certification” that the mediator is\n\n“certified” for that program only. Any mediator certified under the\n\nDispute Resolution Act or qualified under the District Court\n\nMediation Act shall be considered “certified” for purposes of any\n\nfederal programs that require the use of “certified mediators” or\n\n“certified programs”.
