An agreement contained in a record to submit to arbitration\n\nany existing or subsequent controversy arising between the parties\n\nto the agreement is valid, enforceable, and irrevocable except upon\n\na ground that exists at law or in equity for the revocation of a\n\ncontract.\n\nB. If necessary, a court shall decide whether an agreement to\n\narbitrate exists or a controversy is subject to an agreement to\n\narbitrate.\n\nC. An arbitrator shall decide whether a condition precedent to\n\narbitrability has been fulfilled and whether a contract containing a\n\nvalid agreement to arbitrate is enforceable.\n\nD.
