Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1869","heading":"Preaward ruling","body":"\n\nIf an arbitrator makes a preaward ruling in favor of a party to\n\nthe arbitration proceeding, the party may request the arbitrator to\n\nincorporate the ruling into an award under Section 20 of this act.\n\nA prevailing party may make an application and motion to the court\n\nfor an expedited order to confirm the award under Section 23 of this\n\nact, in which case the court shall summarily decide the motion.
