Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1878","heading":"Location of arbitration","body":"An application and motion pursuant to Section 6 of this act must\n\nbe made in the court of the county in which the agreement to\n\narbitrate specifies the arbitration hearing is to be held or, if the\n\nhearing has been held, in the court of the county in which it was\n\nheld. Otherwise, the motion may be made in the court of any county\n\nin which an adverse party resides or has a place of business or, if\n\nno adverse party has a residence or place of business in this state,\n\nin the court of any county in this state.
