Stat. tit. 12, § 12-2018","heading":"Joinder of claims and remedies","body":"JOINDER OF CLAIMS AND REMEDIES\n\nA. JOINDER OF CLAIMS. A party asserting a claim to relief as\n\nan original claim, counterclaim, cross-claim, or third-party claim,\n\nmay join, either as independent or as alternate claims, as many\n\nclaims, legal or equitable, as he has against an opposing party.\n\nB. JOINDER OF REMEDIES; FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES. Whenever a\n\nclaim is one heretofore cognizable only after another claim has been\n\nprosecuted to a conclusion, the two claims may be joined in a single\n\naction; but the court shall grant relief in that action only in\n\naccordance with the relative substantive rights of the parties. In\n\nparticular, a plaintiff may state a claim for money and a claim to\n\nhave set aside a conveyance fraudulent as to him, without first\n\nhaving obtained a judgment establishing the claim for money.\n\nC. CONSOLIDATION. When actions involving a common question of\n\nlaw or fact are pending before the court, it may order a joint\n\nhearing or trial of any or all the matters in issue in the actions;\n\nit may order all the actions consolidated; and it may make such\n\norders concerning proceedings therein as may tend to avoid\n\nunnecessary costs or delay.\n\nD. SEPARATE TRIALS.
