Stat. tit. 12, § 12-2023.2","heading":"Actions relating to unincorporated associations","body":"ACTIONS RELATING TO UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS\n\nAn action brought by or against the members of an unincorporated\n\nassociation as a class by naming certain members as representative\n\nparties may be maintained only if it appears that the representative\n\nparties will fairly and adequately protect the interests of the\n\nassociation and its members.
