This section governs only judicial notice of adjudicative\n\nfacts.\n\nB. A judicially noticed adjudicative fact shall not be subject\n\nto reasonable dispute in that it is either:\n\n1. Generally known within the territorial jurisdiction of the\n\ntrial court; or\n\n2. Capable of accurate and ready determination by resort to\n\nsources whose accuracy cannot reasonably be questioned.\n\nC. A court may take judicial notice, whether requested or not.\n\nD. A court shall take judicial notice if requested by a party\n\nand supplied with the necessary information.\n\nE. In a civil action or proceeding, the court shall instruct\n\nthe jury to accept as conclusive any fact judicially noticed.
