In a criminal case in which the defendant is accused of an\n\noffense of child molestation, evidence of the defendant's commission\n\nof another offense or offenses of child molestation is admissible,\n\nand may be considered for its bearing on any matter to which it is\n\nrelevant.\n\nB. In a case in which the state intends to offer evidence under\n\nthis rule, the attorney for the state shall disclose the evidence to\n\nthe defendant, including statements of witnesses or a summary of the\n\nsubstance of any testimony that is expected to be offered, at least\n\nfifteen (15) days before the scheduled date of trial or at such\n\nlater time as the court may allow for good cause.\n\nC. This rule shall not be construed to limit the admission or\n\nconsideration of evidence under any other rule.\n\nD. For purposes of this rule, \"child\" means a person below the\n\nage of sixteen (16), and \"offense of child molestation\" means a\n\ncrime under federal law or the laws of this state that involve:\n\n1. Any conduct proscribed by Sections 1111 through 1125 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, that was committed in relation to\n\na child;\n\n2. Contact between any part of the defendant's body or an\n\nobject and the genitals or anus of a child;\n\n3. Contact between the genitals or anus of the defendant and\n\nany part of the body of a child;\n\n4. Deriving sexual pleasure or gratification from the\n\ninfliction of death, bodily injury, emotional distress, or physical\n\npain on a child; or\n\n5.
