If the law of the United States creates a governmental\n\nprivilege that the courts of this state must recognize under the\n\nConstitution of the United States, the privilege may be claimed as\n\nprovided by the law of the United States.\n\nB. No other governmental privilege is recognized except as\n\ncreated by the Constitution or statutes of this state.\n\nC.
